1. Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
(Due to hygiene and product purity standards, opened bottles cannot be accepted.) - You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance may not be eligible unless defective.
Non‑returnable items
- Opened or used essential oils
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
2. Refunds
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you by email regarding its status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds generally take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If your return is not approved due to use, damage, or missing components, we will notify you and (if applicable) arrange to return the item back to you at your cost.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@himalayanaromas.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos of the issue.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
